MyselfTracker APP Mission is to encourage to be health proactive, to take the responsibility for personal mental and physical health. It’s easier to prevent a problem than to cure it.
Of course, there are doctors, but unfortunately, we usually come to them, when the problem is too big.
All of us are unique and what is normal for one is abnormal for another.
To fulfil the Mission, MyselfTracker provides simple and secure tools to store different metrics and to check the trends. This allows figuring out what is normal for you and what is not and then flag abnormalities when they happen. At the same time, if you are working on improving your body look, you can easily keep track of the transformation with MyselfTracker.
Keeping an eye on your health changes will also help doctors to see the whole picture and to choose the right treatment. It turns out particularly useful if you move from one country to another and the new doctors don’t have all your medical history.
Right now users’ images and data are stored only on the mobile device, but I plan to add an option to store them in the cloud to reduce the space occupied by the APP on the mobile device.
Flexibility
MyselfTracker APP is a flexible tool and can be configured to track anything, however, originally I designed it to track my medical data.
Security and Privacy
The medical data is stored on your mobile device only and not shared over the network. As a result, no one can access it but you. The photos taken in the APP are not visible in the phone gallery, but you can share them and other details if you wish to.
